M4BL and their partners have a complex set of challenges in the fight towards an equitable future for Black people. The organization is responding to ongoing attacks on Black lives by creating policy platforms, statements, congressional acts, and local resources in an ongoing rapid response mode. My agency was asked to design, develop, and maintain ongoing support for all digital products within the Movement 4 Black Lives and partners ecosystem through 2021.
Persist proactively worked with its hosting company to successfully support the skyrocketing traffic and to withstanding ongoing bot attacks launched against the site.
M4BL.org garnered 1.3 Million hits in June 2020 alone, and now maintains an average of 50,000 visits per month, a 10X increase since its launch in March 2020.
